Cookie & privacy notice

This notice covers the FlowSonar website (flowsonar.ai). It describes what we collect when you visit, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect on this website

Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and visits. It is cookieless: it stores nothing on your device, does not identify you, and does not follow you across other websites.

Company-level visit insight. We use Snitcher to measure pageviews and sessions and to identify the company a visit comes from (based on the network address), so we know which organizations are interested in FlowSonar. This works at the organization level, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and does not recognise you personally across visits.

Returning-visitor recognition — only if you accept. If you accept our cookie banner, Snitcher additionally sets a cookie so your visits can be linked across browser sessions. If you decline, no such cookie is set and you are not recognised when you return.

What you send us yourself. When you submit the demo-request form we store the details you enter (name, work email, company, message) so we can respond, and we notify our own team by email and internal chat. We use these details only to handle your request.

    Your cookie choice

Your current choice: not made yet. You can change it at any time — resetting brings the banner back on your next page view.

    Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@flowsonar.ai and we will respond. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
